The same advertisement was published in the Amsterdamse Courant of 10 and 24 June 1692. In 1692, 89 maps of Nicolas Sanson were published by Pieter Mortier. This was probably the entire content of the first edition. The maps were sold both separately and in atlases (See Bibliography, p. 107).
